Please note: Many items on this site are one-of-a-kind.  We do not process your credit card unless the item is still available when we receive your order.  We will make every attempt to keep our site up to date, but orders will be processed in the order received.

• Your Satisfaction is guaranteed.  It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.  If for any reason, you wish to return the item you purchased, please email or call us.  We will refund your purchase price (less postage) when the item is returned.
   

• If there is a particular color or something you want, email us and we can email you a picture of what is available since every piece is not on the website.
   

• You can call us Monday through Friday 9a - 5p Mountain Standard Time.
   

• Most items will arrive within 7-10 business days from your order.
   

• Payment: You can pay by credit card through our secure server, Paypal or  check (items will be held until check is cleared).

• Your jewelry or gift item will be gift wrapped (except paintings, greeting cards & prints) free of charge.
   

• If a one of a kind item is sold before it is removed from the website, your credit card will not be charged and we will email or call you.
   

• Reasonable Shipping costs. Most items will be sent for $5.95 shipping and handling for each address even if you order multiple items for shipping within the U.S..   Email for International shipping quote and give us your city, country, and postal code and the item you are interested in.

• Sales tax will be added for all Colorado sales.
